Book Cover Redesign

This book is a Best-Seller from a columnist for MSNBC.com, Jeannette Walls. This book is an autobiography of her life from poverty. She lived in many southwest towns before settling in Welch, West Virginia. She moved to New York when she was 17. Although many unfortunate happenings took place, she makes hardship seem comical.

Most of these examples of autobiographies are pictures of the person themselves but, "The Glass Castle" has a whole different meaning behind the picture. This book is about a family who goes through tough times and they make secret relationships, so many secrets are told, thus the main picture was put on the cover.

Homework 12

After creating my KISS sketch i decided to make this picture of just the instruments that each musician plays in KISS.

i drew this because i was listening to relaxing music and i just let my hand take my pencil into different waves.

Poster Ideas

The who for my poster is going to be all country and rock and roll fans any age. The event is at the Assembly Hall in Champaign, on Friday March 5, 2010 at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $59.75, $49.75, and $35.75. It is going to feature Trace Atkins and Martina McBride, and is brought to you by Sunny D.

All three of these pictures show how i want my poster to look they all have pictures of two musicians, which my event has. They show when and who, but they do not say who needs to be there which is what i will do.

Homework 10

This is one of my favorite artists. My uncle liked him until he had cancer and passed away, so everytime i hear one of Warren's songs i think of him.
